Interceptor Environmental is a Calgary-based commercial service company focused on grease traps and grease interceptors across Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks and Rocky View County.
Grease systems get treated as an afterthought until the day they stop a kitchen from operating. Most of the operators who call us have been through a version of the same story: a general contractor pumped the liquid out, nobody scraped the walls or checked the baffles, no paperwork was left behind, and six weeks later the drains were slow again.
We built this business around doing one category of work properly. Traps and interceptors, cleaned completely, inspected while they are open, and documented so there is a record of what was done and when. That record matters as much as the cleaning — it is what you hand over when an inspector, landlord or head office asks.
We work around kitchen hours rather than expecting kitchens to work around us, and we set service intervals based on what we actually find in your unit instead of a generic schedule.
