Grease Trap Pumping in Calgary
Straight vacuum pump-out when a unit needs volume removed quickly — including scheduled pump-outs between full cleanings.
Pumping is the removal side of the job: getting the accumulated grease, water and solids out of the unit and off site. Some facilities need it on a fixed cycle; others need it now because the trap is at capacity.
Our vacuum unit handles kitchen-scale traps through to larger in-ground tanks. Every pump-out is measured and recorded so you can see how fast the system is filling.
Signs you need this service
- Trap at or near capacity

Questions about grease trap pumping
How long does a pump-out take?
A typical kitchen trap is usually well under an hour once access is set up. Large in-ground interceptors take longer, depending on volume and access.
Do you need to shut the kitchen down?
Usually not. We do need drains upstream of the unit unused while the trap is open, which is why many kitchens book before opening or after close.
Where does the waste go?
Collected material leaves the site with the truck and is handled at a licensed receiving facility rather than discharged locally.
